For COD orders, applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

We proudly ship worldwide, subject to availability at checkout.

Orders above USD 150: Enjoy FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Orders below USD 150: International shipping charges will apply and will be calculated based on the destination, package weight, and applicable shipping rates. The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International orders are prepaid only.

International orders may attract import duties, taxes, or customs charges based on your country's policies. These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid at delivery.

We recommend checking local regulations before ordering, as we cannot process returns or cancellations for international shipments.

If customs fees remain unpaid or the order is refused, VedAarna Studio will not be liable for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Each VedAarna Studio outfit is handcrafted with love, so please allow 15–20 working days for dispatch (domestic & international).

During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen situations (like heavy rains, political unrest, or public curfews), dispatch may take an extra 10–15 days. If this happens, we'll keep you informed via email or phone.

To ensure your order reaches you safely:

Record an unboxing video and click time-stamped photos within 24 hours of delivery.

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Instead, capture photos & a video and email them to us with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Once your order clears quality checks and is packed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email so you can monitor your order anytime.

We proudly ship worldwide. Eligibility can be checked during checkout.

Orders (Prepaid or COD) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For COD orders, the COD advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

We've made payments easy and secure: Credit/Debit Cards (all major cards accepted), Net Banking, UPI & eWallets, and Razorpay.

For domestic orders: COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000.

For international orders: Prepaid only. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Amex.

Credit Notes: Issued via email, valid for 30 days, and can be applied once on our official website.

Every VedAarna Studio outfit is made with care and attention to detail — a legacy in every stitch. Because of the handcrafted nature of our work, occasional delays may happen. If there's an extended delay beyond the timeline mentioned on our website, we'll offer a full refund — no questions asked.
