This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes under applicable Indian laws. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of the vedaarnastudio.com website.

Your use of vedaarnastudio.com and all the web-pages, hyper-links, tools and services provided thereunder is governed by the following terms and conditions. This User Agreement shall come into effect upon each visit or usage of the Website, or upon your registration, or upon you providing any information on the Website.

You are contracting with VEDAARNA STUDIO, with its registered office at 525, Lower Ground Floor, Sector - 27, Gurugram, Haryana - 122009, India.

"Registered User", "Visitor", and "You" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website or who has used the Website without becoming a Registered User, and in both cases has accepted this electronic version of the User Agreement.

If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, please do not use the Website.

The Platform may amend this User Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. The revised version will be effective at the time the Platform posts it. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates.

The Platform and its suppliers, affiliates and service providers provide the Website and services on an "as is" basis and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. You expressly agree that your use of the Website is at your own risk.

The Platform, its associates and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the Website.

The Website is only a venue where users may meet and interact with one another for their transactions. The Platform is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between two users of the Website.

You understand, agree and acknowledge that the Platform uses third-party service providers to store and process your personal information. The Platform provides no guarantee that such third-party service providers will protect your personal information.

When you use the Website or send emails or other data to the Platform, you agree that you are communicating through electronic records which are legally identifiable and enforceable, and you consent to receive communications via electronic records.

Service of Notice: Your Registration Data and email ID will be construed as your 'designated electronic address', and the Platform will communicate with you on your designated electronic address, which will be deemed adequate service of notice.

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract", including minors, undischarged insolvents, etc. are not eligible to use the Website.

If you are under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of the Website and shall not sell, purchase or bid for any items. Such purchases may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the Website.

As a registered member of VedAarna Studio, your address, email ID, and other delivery details become automatically saved in the "My Account" section. You can track all your orders by logging in with your User ID and Password, save items to "My Wishlist", and opt in to receive email updates about new collections and promotional schemes.

If you use the Website as a Registered User, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. The Platform has the right to suspend or terminate your membership if any information provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete.

Membership and browsing on the Website is free. The Platform, through various third-party service providers, engages in order fulfilment services for orders placed on the Website and may charge a nominal fee for the same. All additional fees shall be visible for confirmation on the order checkout page.

You are responsible for paying all fees (if any) associated with the use of the Website, and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, charges, cesses, etc. levied thereon.

You agree, undertake and confirm that your use of the Website shall be strictly governed by binding principles. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that: belongs to another person without right; is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful; harms minors; infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights; violates any law; deceives or misleads users; impersonates another person; or contains software viruses or malicious code.

You shall not directly or indirectly offer, attempt to offer, trade or attempt to trade in any item whose dealing is prohibited or restricted under any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline.

The Website is only a venue where users may meet and interact with one another for their transactions. All commercial and contractual terms — including price, shipping costs, payment methods, date and mode of delivery — are offered by and agreed to between buyers and sellers alone.

The Platform is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between users. The Platform shall not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between users.

The Platform is only providing a platform for communication, and the contract for sale of any products or services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the seller and the buyer.

The Platform collects, stores, processes and uses your information in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy. By using the Website and/or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Platform may from time to time contract with third-party payment service providers, including banks, to facilitate payment between users and for collection of Platform fees and other charges. These may include banking or credit card payment gateways, payment aggregators, cash-on-delivery service providers, and mobile payment service providers.

Without limiting other rights and remedies, the Platform may limit your activity, remove your information, end your listing, warn other users, temporarily or indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership, and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Website in the event you breach the User Agreement or any terms or policies of the Website.

In no event shall the Platform or its affiliates and service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Website, its services or this agreement.

If You are a seller on the Platform, the Platform's entire liability is limited to the amount of Platform fees, if any, paid by You for the transaction under dispute. If You are a buyer, the Platform's liability is limited to exercising reasonable efforts to enable You to get a refund of the product price from the seller.

You shall fully indemnify, keep indemnified, defend and hold harmless the Platform and its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, third parties and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of the User Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

This User Agreement and all the rules and policies contained herein shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

If any dispute arises between You and the Platform in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the User Agreement, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the Platform.

The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The place of arbitration shall be Gurugram, Haryana.

Any offer (E-Coupon) contained in any electronic communication or displayed on the Website can be made by sellers registered on the Platform and/or by the Platform itself. E-Coupons are not a right or claim against the Platform — they are a privilege provided to Registered Users.

E-Coupons can be redeemed only on purchases made through the Website on listings that provide for the E-Coupon payment option. One E-Coupon can be used only for one purchase, irrespective of value, and the unutilized value shall be forfeited. E-Coupons carry no cash value and cannot be transferred, negotiated, sold, or combined with any other offer.

VedAarna Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, at any time to vary, change, extend or withdraw any E-Coupons and offers, without prior intimation or communication.
